If I could give less than 1 star I would! We rent from this facility because it's right outside our neighborhood so easy access to what we may need or what we may need to drop off. We got our unit in April 2025 and not long after having the unit we started receiving emails that we were behind since December 2024. Like how is that possible when we didn't even get our unit until April 2025? Then for months on kept being told they didn't receive our rent! We started documenting every drop off with video. Cheap and accessible.
Cockaroaches, mice, rats and lizards inside the storage units! Lot of my things have been destroyed. Prices are too high for the cost of storage space. Owner rude!
