All has been good until two weeks ago. Had a 5 ton until put in by ABC 3 years ago with a 10 year standard warranty. Had it serviced two weeks ago. Service man said the COIL has multiple LEAKS & needs to be replaced. THREE CALL now and NOT ONE CALL back or even a TEXT of when they can get to me!!!
