Avoiding.. my grandpa (a waynedale local) scheduled the appt & he arrived 40 mins early, and I do admit I was not ready. He charged 3/4 of the bill for the 10 mins he was there waiting. Was able to get a new key and fob same day for half of what the dealer wanted.
I called and was told that it would be 30 to 45 min. I was locked out of my store with over 2000 on me and no keys to sit in my car to wait in a busy shopping center. I told the gentleman that I spoke with that important bit of information because I was very worried about being robbed with my deposits in hand. NOBODY SHOWED UP. I called several times after an hour to nobody picking up and I had to call Midwest Locksmiths who showed up within 15 minutes. Guess who I will be calling next time? I called in the morning needing another key made for my Outback and I was able to meet them at another job they were doing and had my key made in less than an hour and half from phone call to driving away. Johnathon was great answered all of my questions and the whole process took just about ten minutes with a factory OEM key about $125 less than from the dealer. Great quick rapid service reasonably priced.
