Delete their number from your phone. My gf and I were shopping at the mall, when she had a migraine attack, so we decided to take a taxi home instead of walking. Literally the worst service I've ever seen. My boyfriend card declined and he was more than willing to make arangements to go and pay it at the office later on that day. The cab driver then grabbed his wallet, took his id, threw it back and sped off. Today my boyfriend and I have been trying to get it back and have been having the worst time. I took this company home from the bar on a stormy night recently. There were only two of us in a van cab so when the driver asked if he could pick up more people we said that was fine. He then proceeded to drive 65-70 km/hr through the side streets of Fredericton on all-season tires. The mini van was drifting around every turn. We asked repeatedly for the cab driver to slow down or to let us out. He neither slowed down nor did he stop to let us out. We told him we were going to report it and he told us to go ahead. DO NOT book with this service! My husband and I booked a limo with this company 6 months prior to our wedding date and paid a $250 deposit. A week prior to the wedding we confirmed the booking and the timings. The day off of wedding, no limo! No apologies from the company for THEIR mistake and no compensation of any sort. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Do not waste your time or your money using this service.
