Took my mom there on 10/14. The phlebotomist was nice but she doesn’t know how to say know. There was a lady who keeps coming to her to translate and she kept helping her while having people waiting. She finally called my mom and she kept helping the lady while trying to take my moms blood. Then she forgot to finish taking all the necessary blood. So she poked my mom twice.
