Disappointed.Our Lennox 3 year old unit's motor went out (we learned that the wiring from the indoor unit is old or should have been replaced at install) Yes the part is covered by warrany yet the labor cost is double from other quote.

Great responsiveness in getting our HVAC condenser fixed (no heat). Zachary went through troubleshooting and got problem accurately diagnosed. Obtained the part (EEV control board), then installed and tested it... all in about an hour. Friendly, skilled and professional.

Sergio was top notch when it came to servicing my HVAC unit for the season. Perhaps I’m too lazy to tend to the matter myself, so calling on ABC year after year to keep my cool in the summer and warm in the winter is for me. I’m still a loyal customer even after moving from Austin to San Antonio for the same great service.
