If I could give zero stars I would. Moved house 2 days ago, I am having issues with hot water, the shower and need a gas engineer to re connect an oven. I called ABC plumbers at 10.40 who very promptly organised for an engineer to come out, the time estimate was 30-60 mins. 3 hours later, 2 chaser calls and still no engineer. I was told the engineer would contact me when on route, that didn’t happen, I called again for an update, I was informed of a situation regarding a broken down van.
