Very dissatisfied with ABC Heating and Cooling Unprofessional customer service support. I was not treated as a valued customer. I do not recommend this company.
A friend’s elderly parents were left in a terrible situation by ABC. During a dangerous heat wave with heat indexes over 100°, they had no air conditioning and had to wait several days just for someone to come out. When the tech finally arrived, they told them they no longer add Freon and that they needed a whole new unit. Heat went out overnight. The thermostat was reading 48°. Steve came out right away, parts in hand just based on our phone call and had the heat running in about an hour.
Steve Haines did a great job installing our new furnace and air purifier! He was professional, informative, and knowledgeable! We were able to get the new unit installed same day. We will definitely use him in the future!
