A friend’s elderly parents were left in a terrible situation by ABC. During a dangerous heat wave with heat indexes over 100°, they had no air conditioning and had to wait several days just for someone to come out. Heat went out overnight. The thermostat was reading 48°. Steve came out right away, parts in hand just based on our phone call and had the heat running in about an hour.
