The lady who helped me was very patient; she listened to the problems I was having with my current hearing aides, and showed me some hearing aids that fit in my ears right away. She set up my phone so I could call my daughter with the new hearing aids on while I was talking to her. It was great! She ordered me new hearing aids and said I could try them for 30 days to make sure they are exactly what I want which is comfort and clarity.
Dawn is truly professional and caring. I've been using a hearing aid for the past 15 years, and she stands out as one of the best at understanding my needs and providing excellent service. Plus, her five-year warranty on the hearing aid is a fantastic bonus—more generous than anyone else's! Scheduling an appointment is a breeze, and the service is consistently complete, thorough, and efficient!
