bad experience very disappointing a quote for my mirror and RV by the owner the worst experience ever.
I hired abc glass to replace a broken exercise mirror. They came measured and said they would call with price. Called with price, I agreed. Scheduled the mirror install... Mirror they installed was too thick (thicker than existing mirrors it was being hung next to). Reordered the mirror, they came to install it and someone had ordered it 10 inches to short. Terrible service!!! Would not commend ABC GLASS. Unprofessional, took several months to arrive to measure, the guy disappeared and they had to start over it took even longer then for quote held up job plans at end of project and everything was rushed. They had to come bakk to fix something they didn't install correctly, a screen! They call on holiday weekend Friday evening say they'll call back then just make appt unknown to me to send someone. Bad experience. ABC glass was highly recommended by our realtor but turned out to be very disappointing. Borderline rude customer service, long wait to get someone on site for a quote, then even longer wait to get the quote. Not recommended
Best Experience Yet!!!! – Great company... I hired them to repair some windows!!! they were very prompt and great customer service. I would use them again.
VERY UNHAPPY POSSIBLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – I met with a sales person about a window I had broken, ABC Glass agreed to replace the glass for an agreed price. i was told it would be ready for pick up in 24 hours but when I returned 2 days later, another salesperson greeted me and swiftly acknowledged the work had not been completed and offered me to go elsewhere to have the glass done. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! – I used ABC Glass Co. just recently because my landscaper broke my back patio door. I was impressed with the freindliness and professionalism of the office staff and the installers. Not only were they prompt but the quality of the service was AWESOME!!!!! The installers came on time and cleaned all of the broken glass from the old window. They were curtious and clean. DO NOT USE!!!!!! they were terrible!!!!!!! – They had to come out 4 times to get the glass install correct. They installed 2 bad pieces of glass and left with the door not even working properly. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!
