I have used ABC Garbage for over 6 years now. They are very prompt so much that I know what time it is when I hear their truck pulling up. My bill comes by email, so I never miss my seeing and making the payment. When money is tight, I call them, and someone picks up the phone, and it is pleasant to talk to. I explained the problem and they got it fixed. It must be hard these days to be in customer service since they are working with so many customers. Thank you, ABC, and I appreciate you and your guys. Money got tight due to my fiancé in the hospital and juggling that with work and kids and got behind $100 on my bill (which I received earlier in the week, planned on paying it today when I got home, got a call from my neighbor that a worker pulled up dumped the trash in my driveway (4 bags worth) and took the can went back on my cameras to confirm and get a face. Completely unprofessional, and illegal.

So far over Happy with the services but customers that complain about trash barrels that are rented that cannot be put back in the spot they were In. The wind does not blow the cans away. Maybe updating to a website for payment besides PayPal cuz I cannot see my last payments. If you need help with website I am website engineer and will be delightful to help you all simple not complex wish you all well thank you for your services

I haven't used them in awhile but I did a couple years ago. Their billing system is or was antique and customer service is hard to get ahold of. They picked up the trash most of the time (even if paid) and left my cans tipped over all the time. What choice do we have? You certainly don't want crazy never show up Vixster. So this is your only option which in my opinion, they know that.
