ABC Garbage has the monopoly in my area, and they act like it. I’ve been a customer for as long as I’ve lived in Rural Hall (24+ years), but under the current management, they’ve been making up new rules without giving customers any notice. Last week, I called to let them know a payment would be made — and admittedly forgot to follow through. I have used ABC Garbage for over 6 years now. They are very prompt so much that I know what time it is when I hear their truck pulling up. My bill comes by email, so I never miss my seeing and making the payment. When money is tight, I call them, and someone picks up the phone, and it is pleasant to talk to. I explained the problem and they got it fixed. It must be hard these days to be in customer service since they are working with so many customers. Thank you, ABC, and I appreciate you and your guys.
