New to the city and just started with ABC. They picked up our trash the first week. The second week they called to change the pickup day but never arrived. My husband called and they apologized and said they would pick up our trash Friday. The trash was not picked up. I called prior to closing, no answer. I left a voicemail, no callback. I called again only to get call forwarded to a personal number with no way to leave a message and it's now after their business hours. Pun intended.... TRASH
Changed our entire neighborhoods trash day to Monday on Columbus Day this week for some reason. Receptionist said they called the number they have on file for me, not a number I’ve ever had in my life. Been a customer almost 10 years. Yet they can sure email me every month when my bills du. ABC Garbage has the monopoly in my area, and they act like it. I’ve been a customer for as long as I’ve lived in Rural Hall (24+ years), but under the current management, they’ve been making up new rules without giving customers any notice. Last week, I called to let them know a payment would be made — and admittedly forgot to follow through.
