ABC foundation came to my house and decided I needed x amount of peirs on only 2 sides of my house. The Foreman was very persistent in getting the 10% deposit as he came back 2 days in a row. He had promised to answer any questions giving me his cell number and be at the site during the work. After he got the deposit, he never texted, called or emailed me back to answer my questions and concerns regarding the work , wanting to follow though and eventually cancel. ABC Foundation, came out was honest and upfront. The team that did the work was was very respectful and did a great job of cleaning up after all the work was completed. We were provided updates through out the process as well. PLEASE CALL THEM!
Nicholas Rock came by, gave an estimate, was very transparent about everything from the cost breakdown, timeframe, next steps, warranty, etc. He reached to us to let us know a spot came up to start earlier, we gave the green light. His crew started on Monday and by Thursday afternoon.. the work was done. 31 pillars, outside and in garage. Cleanup was exceptional. Very professional team and would definitely recommend them.
Got them to do the foundation, attic support and french drains. All work have been completed to satisfaction. Great people to work with and they will do what they promised to do. Very professional and like their attitude towards customers. Highly recommend!
