Got injured at work. No longer able to go to the gym. Went in to cancel my membership. Told me it was canceled continued to charge me the annual fee75.00. Along with a $25 convenience fee My monthly membership $45 and another convenience fee of $25 no one told me there had to be a written email sent to ABC fitness for my cancellation however, ABC fitness didn't feel that I deserved to be refunded my money even though I was misinformed.
