I am a person who runs her own single tiny office. I take responsibility here, I know it is my responsibility in my office to keep up to date with my fire extinguisher. However, the story here is, ABC Fire used to have amazing customer service and reminded me and I gladly paid them for the recharge and the reminder. Since summit took over, zero reminders. The service stays on top of charging the existing Fire Extinguisher they can access, however the ones they can’t don’t get services. My problem there is no scheduling with property manager / owners to get access to they Extinguishers.
