Signed up for rewards only to be told they can’t apply the reward. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and he received a $7 reward. When we tried to use it the cashier said it was expired but it clearly wasn’t. Then the cashier said their system is weird if it ends in .98 they can’t apply rewards. Going back to shop at Total Wine and can’t wait for the new one to open in Lake Nona.
I came into the store today with my family around 11 am to grab some items for a gathering. Once at checkout, I retrieved my ID but my brother realized he had left his at home. We live very close, so going home to grab it and come back wasn’t an issue as we understand you must have an ID to make a purchase. No big deal and we had plenty of time to spare.
