I waited almost 30 min because no one in the whole store knew where the keys were to unlock the shelves. I couldn’t buy the item I needed and just walked away because no one could unlock it, just unacceptable. I lost my time and no one from the staff was interested enough to actually solve this issue and find the key. Their customer service is one of the poorest I’ve seen.
I couldn’t get a Macallan whiskey because they have those bottles in lock and nobody knows where the key is, incredible.

Normally a very friendly store. Today I spent nearly $400 to restock several wine cabinets and at checkout was told to put a 12 pack of seltzers in the bottom of the cart to make room for the boxes. I knew it was a bad idea but did it anyways. I loaded my car up and brought back the cart without remembering the 12 pack in the bottom. Called the store and they basically said I was SOL. So someone got lucky and it wasn’t me. Crap service. Super disappointed.
