Went to the quarterly large tasting event. I knew they had remodeled the store removing the beautiful wine/bourbon tasting area it actually seemed more crowded in the store with the plastic tables everywhere. The most disappointing thing was ABC's two BEST and most knowledgable wine employees Larry and Micheal were no where to be seen. This is truly heartbreaking. THE manager of this store asks me to leave his store . I ask why wouldn't SAY and for me to call Guest Services .. Kept asking why he wouldn't say just gave me number for guest services . SO I called guest services was on hold for 15 minutes then I left message still waiting for a call back. I have been a rewards member for over thirty years. Recently moved into Pasco County in July of 2025 so I've been in this store quite a few times .
Needed a gift card for a beverage as a thank you gift They provided just what I wanted
I come to this location only because of Larry! He has literally saved me on gift giving suggestions multiple times! I always end up having some tastings and leaving with delicious wines & champagne for myself! Thanks Larry!
