After a wonderful trip through the Midwest, I encountered a phenomenal bottle of Deanston single malt scotch. While in Merritt Island, I took a “flyer“ and went into ABC to see if I could order a bottle. Samantha “Sam“ was PHENOMENAL in her attention and customer service to helping me order this obscure bottle of scotch. The staff is very helpful and kind. My car would not start And the store was about to close the lady who checked me out overheard me speaking with AAA and they said that it would be about an hour and a half and the young lady working (close to the store closing) tried to help me (it was an extremely hot evening and offered me and my lovely large dog water and looked to see if she had a faub battery in her car) shortly after that this wonderful lady came back out to me and said that her coworkers Husband would be there shortl... read more
As of today at 1600 hours, they should NEVER EVER change their staff. Every single person in there seemed happy to be there AND happy to help me spend money! Nothing worse than going into a retail shop and everyone is grouchy and it makes you feel like you are begging to give them money. Not here, amazing staff. Give them all raises, from person at tasting table to stock to cashier. All wonderful.
