I was switching to Cecilia as my new primary care provider. My co pay is $20.00. ABC Billing office is not billing correctly. I am being billed for Specialist. My co pay for specialist is $45.00. I called my insurance provider and they took the time to call ABC to speak with the office. ABC is billing incorrectly and will not fix this mistake. I will take my business elsewhere.
