Rented a 36' man lift in a Saturday. Everyone was great to work with and will definitely be back whenever I need some other equipment. Prices were very fair even with all the other places that have skyrocketed their pricing. Glad I called them. They have a customer for life

This past Saturday I rented a dump trailer, stihl cut off saw with a diamond blade, and a ditch witch. I specifically asked the guy if the dump trailer could do about 10 loads of dumping that day. He said yes and to also have your headlights on. I had my headlights on and truck running for 3 hours. On my first load the trailer wouldn’t lift higher than 2 feet. I had unload the trailer by hand and had to drive an hour to their shop to swap trailers, and then an hour back to my jobsite. This caused me to lose out on work that ... read more

I was treated with respect and as an individual, and not a dealer made no difference. The parts I needed were ordered and received in a timely manner. I enjoyed doing business with them and will again as well as recommending to my friends

These people always go out of their way to help you (especially Ed(?) at the front desk). Even though the prices are what you'd expect from a dealer/service center, you dont feel like you're getting nickel and dimed.

Second year having this Stihl chainsaw and can't get it started. Again. The guy at the shop helped last time, but they're always closed when I'm off work (Sat afternoons). I hate this thing.
