Would give 0 stars if possible. Was recommended this place for a warranty repair by manufacturer, have since written a complaint letter to manufacturer suggesting they NEVER send anyone here again. ABC had my fridge for THREE MONTHS and still didn't fix the problem. In that time I never once received a call informing me of progress with the repair, and every time I called I got a different answer (and now know that most responses were lies). AVOID!!! We were referred to ABC Electrical, Moonah (TAS) for a warranty job to fix our Artusi oven and rangehood. The first visit from the technician to check out the issue was reasonably quick and he seemed to promise the moon ("if parts will take too long, we will replace the whole unit" and "it usually only take a week or two" are a couple of things that spring to mind.
