Very professional and on time. My dryer vent was pushing the lint back out in to the drum when it was drying and I knew that it was time to have the vent cleaned. Thank you for the fast response and being on time.
Our dryer had not been heating up properly, so we gave John a call based on a recommendation. He responded quickly and set up an appointment within 48 hours. John called about 90 minutes ahead of his appointment time and asked if it was OK if he came a bit earlier, which was perfect (most companies give you a 4 hour window and make you wait all day).
