Clayton came out to give a 2nd opinion on a sewer line. He cleaned the line after it was supposedly already cleaned, have a clear video scope of the line and assessed the condition. Clayton is a neutral party that doesn’t do the work, so he isn’t incentivized one way or another. He ended up saving the homeowners a ton of $ after the initial estimate from another vendor was outrageous. Honest and knows what he is talking about.
Clayton is honest, and is an expert at taking care of drains and pipes. We called on a Monday morning and Clayton arrived late afternoon, diagnosed the issue and had the plumbing up and running in 45’. He has suggested a maintenance schedule which we will be using moving forward.
Took my information over the phone and stated a technician would call me to book the appointment. No one ever called.
