I’ve been with Dr. Zeng here in ABC dental for years. He is very professional and patient. He explains procedure in details and always very thorough with every procedure. I’ve sold my house 2 year ago and I went to another dentist once because it was much close to my new house, Only then I realised the differences between the dentists. Dr. Zeng would normally take at least 20 mins each time to clean my teeth and explain how my teeth’s condition going, this new dentist only took 10 minutes and job done. Great service with an amazing doctor that made sure I felt comfortable through the whole process.
The receptionist is very rude. I call to ask if I can come earlier and she said this time if you can’t make it you won’t be able to book with us again because you haven’t attended your appointments for many many times while its not true only the last time I was at the hospital so I can’t even think about the appointment.
Being new to the area, I saw Dr John Lin for some dental work and had a great experience. He made me feel comfortable from the start and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease any nerves. The treatment was done very professionally and I’m really happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr John Lin and will definitely be returning—he’s now my go to dentist.
