ABC was recommended to me by my Camelback Subaru. My car was in a low speed, low damage collision. ABC kept my car for 10 days. During that time the shop was incommunicado. I had to continuously call. When I was told that I would receive a call back, I never did. They also were not in contact with the insurance company to receive payment for the repairs . When I picked up the car, I had to pay the bill in full. Then I had go home and do all the work of contacting the insurance company so I could be reimbursed.
Due to my own dumb mistake, I needed to use a body shop and didn't know where to go. I called the dealer I bought my car from and they recommended this shop. I couldn't be more pleased. I called late on a Friday and they told me to come in first thing Monday, which I did. The receptionist was very helpful, but Dave was over and above. This place took care of me. Johnny is the best. Kept me updated throughout and went above and beyond. The administration staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great experience!
