I had a very minor collision and needed repairs. Damaged fender, corner of hood bent, damaged wheel, broken heater core connector, broken coolant reservoir, and broken radiator. It took 3 months to fix. I'd wait a week at a time and come check in with no/little work having been done. Meanwhile, I was racking up rental charges.
Girls belind the desk are very hospitable, nice, but the person who was taking care of my car in the work area was rude and rudely walked away when I asked about the check I presented to them at the beginning when I dropped off my car he said , I was wasting his time, and said sarcastically said he bought a T V with it. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
They reinstalled a broken fender liner in my car. They told me to call my insurance to find a different shop instead of scheduling a day where I could have this fixed. Ended up paying $440 out of pocket for a 1 hour job that I guess doesn’t fall under their lifetime workmanship guarantee
