The lack of communication from ABC collision is ridiculous. When I called to get my car repaired it was like playing musical telephone. None of the office ladies want to talk to you, the person assigned to give you the quote will give you radio silence and is hardly in his office. It was near impossible to reach him. While they fixed my bumper they failed to see how leaving the bottom part of my car that was ripped to shreds wasn’t a problem. I was sent here by my insurance company for substantial repairs. Upon returning my vehicle, it was dirty inside and there was trash which I pointed out to Kenny who apologized and gave it a quick wipe down. Once I got it home and went to load my cargo compartment, I found more trash, a can of fix a flat,tons of mechanics dust and grease stains on the roof. I had a very minor collision and needed repairs. Damaged fender, corner of hood bent, damaged wheel, broken heater core connector, broken coolant reservoir, and broken radiator. It took 3 months to fix. I'd wait a week at a time and come check in with no/little work having been done. Meanwhile, I was racking up rental charges.
Girls belind the desk are very hospitable, nice, but the person who was taking care of my car in the work area was rude and rudely walked away when I asked about the check I presented to them at the beginning when I dropped off my car he said , I was wasting his time, and said sarcastically said he bought a T V with it. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
