I have had a great experience with ABC Chimney Services, prompt service and quality work. Also Mr Donhauser, neglected to say he kept the liner which his deposit was used for.
In all my years as a homeowner, I have never had a worse experience with a contractor, period. Phil, the owner, accepted a deposit for work, and then put me off multiple times with a variety of excuses - he was sick, it was too cold, his relative died, his coworker didn't show up, etc., etc. For over two months I tried to get him to come do his job. Nope. He never did the work and still has my money. It would not surprise me at all if this was his pattern of behavior. My strong advice is to look elsewhere. There a plenty of ... read more
