Customer service sucks staff and doctors are very unprofessional. I went there with my daughter got her glasses there as well they Ask if I wanted to get insurance on the glasses in case they broke or got any scratches on the lens I said no. I put the order for her glasses A couple weeks later, I had to call them because I never received a call that the glasses were ready when they have been ready two weeks prior to my call.
