My boss requested a quote from this company as required by our corporate office. Stephen Routte from ABC Carpet Cleaners explained there was a $25 service fee for someone to come out and provide an estimate. She politely declined and thanked him for his response . He responded to her request by saying " Well that's why we charge for estimates. So our time is not wasted. Looks like that's what you had planned (fixed typo) on doing. I tried cleaning my carpets myself. that was a joke . i called ABC carpet cleaning . they showed up 2 hrs later. carpets dried quick . And look as good as new.
I had some dog pee stains and odor. this company got the stains out and smell . I Highly recommend ABC.
