I know it's no reflection on the businesses inside but I have been attending events at this building for over 7 years and I am shocked at the state of the place right now. Building management are leaving hallways and stairwells and even bathrooms without light bulbs replaced when they blow. That's hazardous to start. The upkeep outside is atrocious. Right now the grass is knee high and in winter it was poor snow management - ice on the stairs, lack of shovelling, etc. At the moment you can see mouse baits everywhere you look... read more
Bad place. Owners not taking care of the building. Parking lots a mess homeless living in the back of the building. Old camper parked for years. Apparently illégal appartements in thé building. Just not a safe space for the neighborhood.
