Had an excellent experience with the customer service rep, Vanessa D on the phone. Paid my bill, and obtained other information. She emailed me right away. Happy with the experience.
I was asked to leave a review concerning the tech Chris that was sent out on the latest service call. Chris was a lot better than the previous tech in that he explained what he was going to do now and in the future if the same problem occurs. Time will tell if the issue is fixed. I will say that I appreciate Pye-Barker sending someone out right away to tend to the problems.
