I'm very disappointed with the way I have been treated by ABC. I have been a customer for at least 7 years and never had a problem until I felt it was time to upgrade my very old system. The estimate they provided for a new system was VERY high (nearly $5000 and my monthly fee would triple). I contacted other companies, and then decided to go with a top end DIY system. I appreciate how simple it was to cancel the service since I'm selling my house this Friday. My husband and I used ABC Burglar Alarm system for over 30 years. We've always found the company to be responsive and very efficient. Having the system made me feel safe, which was great!
