Staff was friendly during order process and pick up. I had a special request to simply split my order of 60 pier blocks onto 2 pallets. It was written on ticket for yard person to do this. Instead they loaded 54 block on each of the 2 pallets. It was raining when I picked up my order, which I paid CASH for. I left and went home finding this error after getting home. A day later when rain quit I unloaded 60 block leaving the additional 48 on their pallet, on my trailer. Purposely doing this because there was a $20 core charge... read more
