We went in to purchase bicycle tubes and ended up purchasing a trek e bike. The entire staff Ann , Debbie Rowan Vinny Shawn and John were extremely friendly and professional.Thank you for the great customer service and fun experience at your establishment.
Vinny did a great job of taking care of me. I came in with a flat tire and he not only replaced it but also figured out what was going on with my rim so it wouldn't happen again.
Vinny & john (the techs) are awsome. Cool vibes and very friendly. Got me in and out the same day. Shawn over there as well super cool and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!! -Manny
