BUYER BEWARE! They sell fake lace glue here. I’ve been using bold hold for over 3 years and I could tell right away it was fake. I sent my brother to get it for me and he came back with something that smelled like Elmer’s glue. I’m so disappointed, I had high hopes for this place. I’ll never shop here again.
Customer service is a joke! They watch you on the camera, seeing you need assistance and then want to yell at you when you help yourself. Most of the wigs are old and mostly everything is overpriced. The store is overcrowded and this will prob be the LAST time I visit the store. The guy in there was on his phone the entire time and didn't even try to help. I saw heard a young lady in the back and he never called her to come help. I wonder how this waste of space is still even open.
