Customer service is a joke! They watch you on the camera, seeing you need assistance and then want to yell at you when you help yourself. Most of the wigs are old and mostly everything is overpriced. The store is overcrowded and this will prob be the LAST time I visit the store. The guy in there was on his phone the entire time and didn't even try to help. I saw heard a young lady in the back and he never called her to come help. I wonder how this waste of space is still even open.

why is it that you guys say open 10am and every time i come you guys are never on time ???? its 10:15 nobodys there STILL. unprofessional get better workers who show up on time.
