I cannot purchase anything from ABC hair supply store. They're rude and customer service sucks. I refuse to pay for bad service. I will drive the extra couple miles for good service.
No respect for customers
I'm still upset and frustrated about my shopping experience yesterday. There was no need for your male worker to treat me like a thief by guarding the door until I left. Asking to see a boxed item does not make me a potential thief. Selecting expensive items with a security device does not make me a potential thief.
