Will showed incredible commitment—he worked with me through lightning, thunder, and pouring rain without hesitation. Bought one car and had no issues. Maybe because it was a 2011 Kia Rio, but this newer car I have I fully regret ever going back to them! People who work the phones are completely incompetent and argumentative. I have NEVER missed a payment on my car. When I say never I mean NEVER in 4 years. These people do not work with you at all if you ever fall on hard times. I mean NEVER. Not even for great customers such as myself.
