The service was decent, but I was shocked by their unusual policy regarding courtesy cars. The receptionist informed me that a $500 hold would be placed on my credit card if I wanted to use one—and that the amount wouldn’t be released for three months. That’s incredibly disappointing and frankly unacceptable. She explained it was in case any issues arise with the vehicle later, but holding funds for that long feels completely unreasonable and possibly even unlawful. Great and speedy service. Had my car involved in a hit and run, ABC handled everything with ICBC. They made my tesla model y look brand new, and even charged it up for me. Gave me a smooth model 3 as a courtesy car even while they had my car, which was only 3 business days - exactly what they estimated would take for the repair. 10/10 would come back again.
