Had to get winched out of a ditch and the J hook got stuck in my coil springs. Tom was super nice and has a great sense of humor. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!

Had my water pump replaced in my 2015 ford fusion and it wasn’t done right the first time so had them do it again. Long story short it still wasn’t done correctly after paying $1,100 water pump and up failing and I was out of a vehicle. It really messed me up because I thought I was around good honest people. Did not have the money to take them to civil court at the time.
Went to this place to see if someone could look at my hood because it was stuck, wouldn't open or close , the guy behind the computer was VERY RUDE, said he only had two workers and wouldn't ask either to look at it, told me to go to Belle Tire, went down the road to another place, they looked at it , and fixed it within 2 mins, with no charge!!! Won't ever take my car there again, as I have in the past for car repairs. If I could give no stars, I would !!
