Went to this place to see if someone could look at my hood because it was stuck, wouldn't open or close , the guy behind the computer was VERY RUDE, said he only had two workers and wouldn't ask either to look at it, told me to go to Belle Tire, went down the road to another place, they looked at it , and fixed it within 2 mins, with no charge!!! Won't ever take my car there again, as I have in the past for car repairs. If I could give no stars, I would !!
Very unprofessional, not very helpful, guy on phone made false accusations
I came by for a repair with my windshield wipers and this shop took care of me quickly, professionally, and without a wait - and they could not have been nicer about it. Would come back!
Grand Blanc location - Tom is a class act person, guy understood my situation and worked to find the best option for me at a cost I could afford right before Christmas time. Glad I went for a second opinion, Tom saved me hundreds of dollars. My new mechanic for as long as I'm in Michigan. I just had another repair done for engine oil cooler and turbo lines for $1400, EVERY other shop was quoting me $2000+. ABC are fair and honest, truly hard to find these days.
