Everyday since we took over the decommissioned Firehouse Number 2, it has been our mission to provide the area with a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and affordable auto garage. The type of place where anybody could go and expect to be treated fairly, honestly, and become informed. Well I was charged 1200 for brakes and rotors every since leaving my vehicle other things started happening I will not take my vehicle to this place and they are very high over priced
ABC did a great job as always! Z got me a next day appointment to have my alternator replaced and a new belt. Kevin the technician went above and beyond and got me on the road same day. Price was fair and service was top notch. Mo also went over the truck to make sure it was road worthy for my upcoming trip. Good family run business honest and fair price and very knowledgeable! Thanks guys
Called to inquire about a service done on my car. They quoted me a price. I asked how much it is with tax and if it was subject to change if the repair took longer than expected for some reason. The guy on the phone then proceeded to get an attitude saying “I’m not playing games, it is what I told you.” Mind you, I just asked for clarification, wasn’t trying to negotiate at all on pricing. Ended up going elsewhere due to the guy on the phone’s attitude.
I’m disappointed I really liked this place although there pretty high but I took two different vehicles for a oil change both vehicles end up having drain plug leaks after they changed the oil I end up having to pay for a oil pan after they diagnosed it saying it was the drain plug everyone that changes oil knows not to use a impact gun on the drain plug but these idiots did it to two of my vehicles I don’t believe in coenciden so I stopped taking my vehicles there who ever don’t want to believe me that’s on you good luck I’... read more
