I bought an 18in. speaker which I heard the lyrics CLEARLY half way of the swap meet so finding the shop I purchased and on box never opened. I didn't open it for 1 year when I charged it and played it vis flash drive the sound was yucky. Upon returning it WHICH WAS KINDLY ACCEPTED it accessed and demo was done via telephone bluetooth and flash drive it was crystal clear even though my flash didn't work i was offered the option to exchange speaker.😱😱😱 but I said no I liked the brand.
