I have been very satisfied with the service I was receiving. That is up until today and now I am completely appalled and exasperated!!!! I had a question about the status of my fish as the reason I require service is because I don't know about fish nor ponds. What I do know is that all my fish are frozen and the de-icer may or not be working.
