Technician never showed or called after taking off work to be available. Customer service said they would page him right away.. Patiently awaited his excuse with no call again. Was able to leave a message with the hotline.." I'll find somewhere else to do my business with" I highly recommend others do the same!!

I needed someone to service/repair my Whirlpool dryer. I knew I needed a switch replaced because the drum would not stop when the door was opened; in addition, a noise was coming from the back of the dryer. A serviceman (smelling like booze and sweating profusely) came out on 1/4/13, and replaced the switch but said he was NOT sure what was causing the noise. Terrible experience!! Only interested in ripping you off. We told them what was wrong with the dishwasher and they came to charge us $60.00 and tell us they usually never repair dishwashers they suggest replacing them!! They didnt even look at it! Don't use this appliance repair company.
