First of all we went in for an examination on rash on my puppy testicles. But ended up getting few shots and left. Dr kumar tried to charge my mom for an examine fee of $60 which he didn't even do. He didn't even touch my puppy nor even looked at him. I asked him why he charge for the examine fee so he tried to justified himself with his years of expertise and argued with me longer than he examine my puppy.
