This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Have been trying for four months to find out the status of an order from the doctor. No one answers the phone, no one calls back when you finally get to leave a message. Absolutely no customer service. This company should be put out of business as they are endangering people's health by their neglect. If you can find another option, take it. Please let your doctors know to seek other options as well. Let's put them out of business!

First off, the O2 wasn't delivered to my home as I was told. Received 02 only because of a dedicated truck driver). Second, I have been trying to return their equipment for over two weeks. Have left several voice messages (after for being on hold for 20 mins) with no call back. Padding the Medicare bill. VCU need a different contractor.
My interaction with ABC has been first Superior than the company I had previously. I was able to pay my co-pay and set up my appointment about 2 weeks ago. I had my appointment for my fitting today and it went very well. From the moment I was greeted and let inside by the nice and very friendly gentleman, to interacting with Sandy, who helped me with the proper setup and was very thorough in everything I needed to know.
