I’m deeply disappointed with the lack of follow-through and accountability from this office. I was clearly told multiple times that I would not be responsible for any outstanding balances during the transition period between the end of my active duty contract and the start of my VA benefits. 04/29/25 I cannot complain with this visit. 5 or more years ago when I picked up a new machine the guy was busy and gave me the machine and walked me out. This time I was at least given some time and the lady went over the machine. They have come a long way since 05.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Have been trying for four months to find out the status of an order from the doctor. No one answers the phone, no one calls back when you finally get to leave a message. Absolutely no customer service. This company should be put out of business as they are endangering people's health by their neglect. If you can find another option, take it. Please let your doctors know to seek other options as well. Let's put them out of business!
