I was dreading replacing our old ducted air con system. I got 3 quotes: $13,000, $10,000 and $7,300. That low quote was from ABC Air. I was suspicious. It sounded too cheap but I went ahead with it. Viktor and Vitaly turned up as agreed and worked very efficiently. They are really nice guys, explained everything carefully and finished in i day including removing all the old stuff. They installed a 12/15kw Daikin (top brand) system. Everything runs beautifully. It is sooo much better than the system we had before.

Victor and team from ABC Air did a great job installing our new Daikin split system, the guys did what they said they would do, without any issues. After a smooth install, our new system is working perfectly.
Victor and Vitaly fixed a broken pipe in my air conditioner. They found the leak, fixed it in very quick time and charged me $120 which was very reasonable. I then asked if they would quote and install an air conditioning unit in a bedroom. Once again within a few days after accepting the quote they turned up on time, were professional, polite and did a great job. I would highly recommend Victor and Vitaly for your next job.
Fair and reasonable quote. Arrived when they said they would for quote and installation. Very easy to work with. Problem solved a few installation challenges in our 1890s terrace. Friendly guys with great communication! Really couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.
