I had a great experience all 3 times. Purchased main set from Costco then contacted Abbyson a few months later to add an additional piece to the sofa. Email customer support was great. 2 years later (last week), I did another email through contact page about ordering another add-on piece to the sofa. Maria was pleasant and helpful and communication time was quick. I was shocked how quickly my sofa piece got delivered. I think it was only about 3 days after I made the payment. We bought the Austin sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman thinking we were getting high-quality top grain leather that would last for years. Less than three years in, everything is peeling like crazy and looks like trash. It looks like cheap bonded leather breaking down but the company insists it’s top grain. Either way, the quality is awful. Their product descriptions makes it seem high quality but it’s anything but. Now we’re replacing all of it. Total waste of money.
