We bought a King bed through Costco and liked the sturdiness and ease of assembly so much that we bought the exact model queen bed for the guest room. Had to contact Abbyson for support twice on the Queen bed: First, the center support legs were short, they do not touch the floor and a second time when the bed creaks when rolling in bed. Both times an expert service representative was dispatched and help diagnose and fix the issue.
The Lucena Dresser by Abbyson Home is an exceptional piece that balances high-end design with incredible value. Finding furniture that feels this substantial and well-constructed at an affordable price point is rare, and it fits perfectly in my space. I had a great experience all 3 times. Purchased main set from Costco then contacted Abbyson a few months later to add an additional piece to the sofa. Email customer support was great. 2 years later (last week), I did another email through contact page about ordering another add-on piece to the sofa. Maria was pleasant and helpful and communication time was quick. I was shocked how quickly my sofa piece got delivered. I think it was only about 3 days after I made the payment. We bought the Austin sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman thinking we were getting high-quality top grain leather that would last for years. Less than three years in, everything is peeling like crazy and looks like trash. It looks like cheap bonded leather breaking down but the company insists it’s top grain. Either way, the quality is awful. Their product descriptions makes it seem high quality but it’s anything but. Now we’re replacing all of it. Total waste of money.
