Don't do buisness here. They do not honor the amount listed on checks they issue unless your an account holder. I wanted to cash a large check issued from abbybank- I called ahead to ask some questions and to make sure they had money on hand. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. They call me back the next day to tell me that there is a 1% check cashing fee if im not an account holder. I told her no problem and I'd be down the next day to start an account. They want to charge a $5 fee for cashing a check that was made out from their own bank. When asked why the teller did not have an explanation. She was very rude. The charge would be $5 drawn off their own bank it would be cheaper to cash it at walmart for only $4.

My family has been with Abbybank for many years, always professional and courteous and they truly care about their customers. No matter what they’ve always put us first and during 2020 were very understanding and helpful. I love the app and how easy and convenient it is to use. The locations of Abbybank are great too, never driving out of my way to reach one of their branches us a plus.
