Personable, looks you in the eye and hears what you are saying. Also takes care of the issue.
Dr. Abby Roland is thorough and knowledgeable. She takes time to really listen. Her staff is friendly and efficient. I never felt rushed. I felt very confident in the care I received that day.
Even though Dr Rowland was super far behind for my appointment she still took the time to listen to me and make me feel like I was important. She can not control other people but definitely did her best to let me know how sorry she was and give me the opportunity to be heard in regards to my specific health consents. That right there makes her a great doctor.
