Acupuncture with Abby has been transformative. I came to her with a major flair up of carpal tunnel pain in both wrists, preventing me from knitting for months. I was back to knitting after the first treatment! She has given me the tools to target problem areas in between our regular treatments and has freed me from the debilitating pain I was experiencing for months before finding her.

My weekly acupuncture sessions with Abby are the most honest and consistent self-care moments I have in my routine. Abby has seen me through gut health issues, body ailments, as well as pregnancy. I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

The three days I spent in Abby’s restorative yoga training may have been the best of my entire year. It was such a confidence builder. I learned so much practically and logistically, but it was all imbued with so much spirituality, emotion, and heart. I left feeling grounded and motivated.
