Came in today to try on some frames in search of new glasses. While the person working the front desk was friendly, the layout and experience to shop was pretty unpleasant. I really struggle with shopping for glasses and I just want to be able browse and try on frames.. every single cabinet was locked, and the staff member had to unlock one cabinet at a time and hand me each pair of glasses individually and place them back on the shelf for me. We visited this place not for the first time, but for the first time we received high-level service from a guy named Karan. In addition to helping me choose glasses for me and my wife. And also helped to arrange all this through my insurance company, which covered all this

I visited JC Optical & Hearing on Sunday afternoon. It was not busy and the staff member working, Chloe, was able to fully assist me in selecting a new pair of frames. They have an extremely large and very nice selection of frames. What is usually a painful experience for me was actually quite enjoyable. Thank you Chloe and JC Optical!
