Jay was excellent to work with. He did everything possible to help us out with vehicle issues. He was very polite and went above and beyond.

Jay was AWESOME to deal with for scheduling a oil change and tire rotation. I also asked if they could look everything over before leaving for vacation and they did! Told me what could be changed and asked before they did it which is greatly appreciated, not just do it and then be surprised when they give ya the bill. Highly recommend Abby Ford!!!
