I only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. We the floral spectacular for a friend in the hospital. The arrangement she received looked nothing like the one on the website. The florist substituted almost all the flowers with cheaper ones and the left out the roses completely. When we called her excuse was, “they didn’t send the right flowers they are holding all the flowers back for Valentine’s Day.” We appreciate the effort but there should have been better communication if we were not going to receive the arrangem... read more
I had selected an arraignment from their selections in which I assume are priced according to what they are, the materials, flowers choices, etc. What I got delivered was nothing short of sad. no roses, no balloons even though it is an additional fee and it was not discussed with me if it was ok to replace. they did a half a** job. If you value your money and time, do not waste it here. I recommend any of the other florist in the area. Lack of communication is crazy. Sad to say but will no longer have my business.
